How are hero tiers determined?
Win, Pick and Ban rates in MG ranked (or Legend if Mythic data is not available) and latest tournaments are fed into an algorithm. The algorithm normalizes, weighs (depending on importance of tournament) and sums the data to determine a hero's meta score. Heroes are then split into tiers by their scores based on percentile, where SS-tier represents the top 10% of heroes.
What data sources are used?
Ranked data is pulled directly from the official MLBB website.
Tournament data is pulled from MLBB Liquipedia.

Who updates this site?
This website was intended to be completely automated during creation. In the back-end, hero statistics are automatically pulled through web scraping, which are then fed into an algorithm which automatically outputs the tiering. However, additional features such as Hero Guides are refined manually.
